Booking Terms

1. Booking and Payment

All tour and vehicle rental requests submitted through our website are considered provisional bookings subject to administrator confirmation. After your request reaches our agency, our sales representatives will contact you and confirm the booking by providing information about bank transfer or payment options.

2. Cancellation and Refund Terms

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure are subject to a 50% deduction.
• Cancellations made within the final 24 hours are non-refundable.

3. Force Majeure

In the event of adverse weather conditions in the Black Sea region, landslides or road closures on highland routes, our agency reserves the right to change the itinerary or postpone the tour.
